Sales Invoicing
Fast sales invoice creation with preview before issuing, GUS/VIES customer lookup, products, projects, payments, and KSeF in one workflow.
Invoicing without retyping data
Creating a sales invoice should not mean retyping data, checking a customer in several places, preparing a separate PDF, and then manually watching whether the document was sent to the customer or to KSeF. In practice, those small steps consume the most time and create room for mistakes.
Altera keeps the whole invoicing process in one place: customer data, line items, payment details, PDF preview, sending, KSeF, and document status.

Fast creation with invoice preview
You can create an invoice quickly, but not blindly. While filling the form, you immediately see what the final document will look like thanks to the fast invoice preview.
This helps users check layout, customer data, line items, payment terms, and descriptions before issuing the document. Altera supports good operating habits: the user sees what they are preparing before they approve the invoice and send it to the customer or to KSeF.

Customer lookup in GUS and VIES
While creating an invoice, you can look up the customer in GUS or VIES. The system helps fill buyer data without manually retyping the company name, address, and identifiers.
The customer can also be saved in the local database, so future invoices reuse ready data. Repeating invoice work becomes faster and the risk of typos or inconsistent customer records is lower.

Products, categories, and projects
A sales invoice is not only a document for the customer. It is also a source of data for reports, reconciliation, and profitability control. In Altera, invoice creation can include products, sales categories, and project assignment.
That data does not need to be completed later in a spreadsheet or separate report. The invoice immediately supports downstream processes: finance, controlling, and receivables monitoring.

Payment details configured once
Payment settings are configured once, and the system uses them in the right processes. Bank accounts can be pulled automatically from the Polish white list, so account details do not have to be retyped for every invoice.
This matters when the company issues many invoices, uses several bank accounts, or handles different types of sales. Once payment settings are organized, each individual document requires fewer decisions.

Invoice drafts
Not every invoice has to be issued immediately. You can prepare a document now, save it as a draft, and return to it later when missing data, approval, or final line items are ready.
A draft lets the team start work when information appears in the company without forcing the process to finish immediately. The document stays in the system and can be completed at the right moment.

Sending and document status
After issuing, the invoice can be emailed, downloaded, or sent to KSeF. When the document is sent, Altera automatically changes its status to “Sent”, so the team does not have to mark manually what has already reached the customer.
The invoice status keeps further work ordered: the team knows which documents are still being prepared, which have been issued, and which have already been sent and can move into payment monitoring.

KSeF built into the process
KSeF integration is built into the system, so invoicing does not end with preparing a PDF. Altera helps users complete the required fields and reduces the risk that a document is incomplete or not sent on time.
If the invoice is not sent to KSeF immediately, the system can send it for you at the end of the day. KSeF becomes part of the daily process instead of a separate obligation that must be watched manually.

Business value
Sales invoicing in Altera shortens document creation, reduces manual steps, and organizes data later used in finance. Customer data, products, categories, project, payments, and KSeF are handled in one workflow.
The value is highest for companies that issue invoices regularly and want sales data to immediately feed reconciliation, controlling, and receivables work without copying it into more tools.
